Maybe black people have become extra sensitive... it probably because we are sick and tired... of the nonsense. Nope.

I can see her point, though, about the prison time for the kid who punched the other guy in a fight. She's right that in other schools it would not have led to prison time, but whether it would be just forgotten as she implies, I highly doubt. At the very least, suspension would likely happen regardless of the child's colour. Suspension vs. prison is a big difference, though.

And I went to read the comments section on the HSLDA article. Oh, based on that I learnt that black and Hispanic kids must LIKE to be yelled at. Part of their culture or something. Or. It's just that they "happen" for the most part to get the most crappy teachers.

Not one word about, this pains the heart of Jesus to see. I'm no bleeding heart nutball but it pains my heart to read all that mess, it really does.

Want to know the comment that really broke my heart the most? This one: But because you are black we should treat you super fragile!

I think it was the likes she got for it, that was the worst part. Glad that momma is homeschooling and she shouldn't feel the need to apologise at all if it were "just" a race thing. Not at all. Ugh.

Ok just wrote a book. Shutting up now.Happy Elf Mom (Christine)https://www.blogger.com/profile/15047347624037697311noreply@blogger.com
