Once again in the news, a child is practically abused due to no tolerance laws. This time a 10 year old girl is handcuffed for having a pair of scissors in her desk. HANDCUFFS???? Has the world gone mad?

Scissors?!!
I'm tempted to wreak havoc and show them what a Keyhole Saw can do. Things such as: making and enlargeing doorknob holes, deadbolt holes, sawing small twigs and sticks and....oh, a permanent sunroof installation in a convertible top.
