Only it is done by black people.... like me.
We each bring different backgrounds into it.
We all bring different experiences and preconceived judgments into it.
And most of all, we each bring different fears into it.
But thanks to alot of research, a bit of bravery, a good curriculum (that I felt was the best fit for my kids) and we have made it to the third year... and counting.
