Moreso than kids not learning in school, moreso than kids being bullied, I worry about kids being in physical harm in school. I mean, if you really want to terrorize people, then go after thier kids.
Around the time I pulled my kids out of school, a mentally disturbed man walked into a local school and hit a girl in the head with the claw of a hammer. He nearly killed her and caused permanent damage. I don't think I could ever, ever be comfortable if I knew my kids were there.
