One thing that really bothers me about homeschooling is that curriculum providers and programs who homeschoolers come to depend on can change gears at any times. They are usually small companies or companies run by homeschool families. Anything can change. Suddenly what worked for you may not work anymore. It can be quite distressing. Here's one example:
