This happened last week and I am just now getting a whiff of this news. How a child gets raped on the school bus and no one does anything to help... From watching the story, the rape was done in a way that it was hard to detect what was going on? I'm really confused here.
And they say we are overprotecting our kids.... should we just hand them over to the school system who does nothing to protect them?
