Assigning Letter grades from CLEP Scores (updates)

I was curious so I googled.
Someone on my CLEP email list mentioned that their sons took the CLEP today and one got an 80 a perfect score and the other got a 66.
I wondered how that translated into letter grades, and here is was I found:

  We published a book on African American history . So, I was pondering the disappearance of African American curriculum, thanks to anti-DEI and Woke politics. We tried two more home meal plan kits... we have a winner! Dinnerly? Hugry Root?

If you read my previous post on home meal plans you learned a couple things: 1. I hate to cook. 2. I hate to cut vegetables You probably didn't know that I also hate to shop for food, which is why I kept ordering these meal plans...  And now that I have been trying them for a couple of months... Since the portions are plentiful, I hacked Hello Fresh by getting the two meal plan for 4 people and adding an extra side dish of potatoes or salad.  Easy.  We really should talk about hacking these meal plans...

On being black and homeschooling.

If you didn't know my race previously, you do now. I am black. (african american, brown, non-white... whatever) There has been a great stir in the news lately because the number of black homeschooling has suddenly increased. As a black person, homeschooling is not a decision to be made lightly. "for the black community, teaching at home was frowned on because of the civil rights battle to get into public schools in the first place. Mike Smith with the Home School Legal Defense Association says the times are changing." But just as those first pioneers forced thier way into public schools to get quality educations for thier children , many people like myself are now fleeing. Why so late in the game?
