I don't know if I ever told the full story about why we homeschooled our children. It was so many years, ago, but the journey to homeschooling will always stay with me.
Some people homeschool for religious reasons. Some homeschool for academic reasons. Some feel that homeschooling protects their child. Why did you decide to homeschool?

You did the most loving thing possible by taking them out of that joy-stealing, racist environment.
I homeschooled my kids for similar reasons. So that they could maintain who they were without joining the crowd. But the first the foremost reason was because we loved the homeschooling lifestyle!
Both kids are now in college, one in the college honors program at the age of 17!
