Time management for homeschoolers: Is it possible?

Sometimes, there is just not enough time in the day to teach 2 kids (and many of you have much more), run my work at home business, take care of my husbands needs, make dinner, care for 2 dogs, and 1 cat, and provide nutritional meals. In fact, there is never enough time.
