I am using these programs right now to help us compile a resume, but when put together in a book, they are also a portfolio. Make sure you put a couple of still shots from each show in the portfolio as well.
Here is my simple method:
1. Purchase sheet protectors


3. Put open program in sheet protector so
that the program cover shows on one side and their name shows on the other.
4. Put these into an attractive binder.
I have been keeping these sheets in my daughter's homeschool portfolio, but now that we will have a transcript and report card, I am looking for the perfect leather bound binder to move her program to.
